TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENTS

BEFORE agreeing to any dates, a non-refundable deposit will be required to be paid. This amount will come off the total amount of whatever 1-1 programme you're looking to book.

 

Once you have booked your service whether that's a class or a 121 programme, an invoice will be sent via email with details for you to make a bank transfer. 

Payment MUST be made within 48 hours to secure your space. If you fail to do this, your agreed slot will be released. 

CANCELLATIONS

1:1 Programmes:
A MINIMUM of 24 hours notice is required if you need to re-arrange/cancel your 121 session. Failure to do so will result in 50% of you booking price being required as a cancellation fee. This will be required before any further sessions can be booked in.

Class Bookings:

A MINIMUM of 7 days notice is required before the first class of the set to ensure we have the adequate time to re-advertise your slot. If 7 days is not given, the full amount will unfortunately be lost to cover the space.

1:1 SESSION SCHEDULING

When booking a training programme, you must book in your first session within 2 weeks of making payment AND each session MUST be booked within 2 weeks of each other. Failure to do so will result in loss of payment and loss of sessions.

OUT OF HOURS SUPPORT

You are welcome to ask questions and get in touch in between training sessions for additional support, however the level of contact must be reasonable and we reserve the right to refuse additional support if deemed unreasonable.
